Job description

The HR Manager is a valuable resource for employees across all departments at Akeneo. You'll actively contribute to the employee experience and HR strategy while managing HR day-to-day activities and administrative processes. This position will report to the Head of HR.

Responsibilities: 

• Support and help employees throughout their journey at Akeneo
• Lead HR communications with new hires in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team
• Advise and partner with managers to anticipate and address employees' queries and needs
• Help employees have a better understanding of the benefits package (healthcare, 401K…) and contribute to its continuous improvement
• Facilitate training and development for employees
• Collaborate with the Head of CSR to develop our D&I policy
• Support the employees and managers through the onboarding and offboarding processes
• Develop and maintain our local employee handbooks and other HR documentation
• Contribute to global HR projects and processes.

Qualifications

• You have +5 years of experience in Human Resources or People Operations, preferably in the software industry
• You have strong knowledge of US employment law
• You have experience being a business partner to managers
• You have excellent communication skills and the ability to build, engage and maintain strong relationships with employees from all levels
• You are rigorous and have strong organisation skills
