Job description
As Commercial Operations Analyst, you will have two main goals: help the sales team by ensuring a smooth end-to-end quote-to-cash process; and supervising that the business processes are being followed. You will be supporting a global internal community of 90+ customer-facing representatives, on various topics, from lead management, until opportunity closing, going through reporting and forecasting.
You’ll be reporting to a Sales Operations Manager under the Business Operations team.
Responsibilities:
- Support customer-facing team on the daily usage of our CRM and work side-by-side with the CRM admins
- Guide the reps (Sales and CSMs) on the management of opportunities, quote preparation (CPQ) and smooth the closing step by identifying potential issues, especially with large and complex deals.
- Provide end of quarter deal close coverage.
- Keep the product catalog and price book updated, by working with the Product Marketing and finance team
- Assist Finance and RevOps team on the end of quarter process (closing, commissions and reconciliation)
- Audit closing packs to ensure completeness and allow smooth closing
- Growth opportunities to manage CPQ and discounting strategic projects.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- You have a minimum of 2 years of experience working with or as part of sales teams
- You are familiar with SaaS solutions and CRM (Salesforce is a plus)
- You have strong stakeholder management capabilities and are comfortable upholding boundaries and rules in place
- You can effectively organize your work and manage competing priorities in parallel.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication
Preferred Qualifications
- French is a plus but not required
- Experience in software companies, with a strong focus on Sales Support.
