Job description

At Akeneo, we believe in the power of collaboration to drive growth. As an Associate Channel Manager, you’ll play a key role in recruiting, enabling, and managing our Mid-Market partners in North America. You’ll collaborate with partners to identify joint opportunities, equip them with expertise in Akeneo’s Product Cloud, and drive shared success. What you’ll do:

• Recruit and onboard new partners: Identify and engage potential partners, qualify their fit with Akeneo’s strategy and partner program, and set them up for success with clear onboarding roadmaps and tools.
• Build and nurture relationships: Act as the go-to resource for Mid-Market partners, fostering trust and collaboration to drive shared goals.
• Enable partner success: Collaborate with Channel Enablement and Professional Services teams to deliver tailored training programs, ensuring partners are equipped to position Akeneo Product Cloud, respond to RFIs, and scope projects effectively.
• Drive revenue growth: Work closely with partners to identify joint sales opportunities, drive pipeline growth, and achieve revenue targets.
• Optimize partner performance: Track and analyze partner performance metrics, providing regular feedback and actionable recommendations to improve outcomes.
• Advocate for partners: Gather partner insights on market trends and customer needs to inform Akeneo’s strategy and solutions.

Qualifications

• You have experience in business development or partnerships in the SaaS industry.
• You have great communication skills, enabling you to quickly build relationships with partners/customers or internal stakeholders.
• You are result-driven and show initiative when addressing partner challenges and navigating a rapidly evolving business landscape.
• You are a skilled problem solver with the ability to interpret data and performance metrics, identify gaps or challenges, and develop actionable solutions to improve partner outcomes.
