Job description

 We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer Symfony to join our squad. Complementary to the product engineering team, this position is open to a transversal IT development team. This is a small team that is completely autonomous in terms of the technical solutions it implements, and where your contributions and ideas have a real impact on the projects.

You will contribute to the team's capabilities by demonstrating technical competence, exceptional communication skills, personal initiative, creativity, desire to learn, transparency, and the ability to work as part of a team.

What you will do:

• You will work on the full-stack design, development, testing, and release, with a focus on engineering productivity and reliability.
• Working with all the other departments, and in particular the product teams, on a range of cross-functional projects with a wide variety of functional and technical aspects.
• You will design and implement robust, scalable software and infrastructure as code (IaC) solution for complex problems, and able to resolve infrastructure problems in production.

Qualifications

What you will bring:

Solid experience in the following technical fields are welcome, we have high expectations on these topics. We are interested in your profile for this position if:

• 5+ years of professional experience in the development of web applications
• You have good experience with PHP Symfony or any other object-oriented languages
• You have experience running, observing services and applications in production
• You have a good understanding of continuous integration and continuous delivery tools and processes
• You like to contribute to the evolution of the technical stack with the challenge of a large codebase
• You are curious and perform a technological watch. You learn quickly new domains and technologies
• You are proficient in both written and spoken English.

Strong "plus" if you have knowledge in:

• PostgresSQL, Typescript, ReactJS
• Good understanding of DevOps principles and practices
• Knowledge of Kubernetes or Terraform
