Job description
The Marketing Graduate Assistant will support Akeneo in the North Europe demand generation strategy and execution. You’ll support an integrated strategy of paid digital, events/webinars, email marketing, social and other campaigns to generate demand and generate pipeline.
The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, looking to develop project management skills, have a willingness to learn, and have a passion for supporting the revenue engine.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and Execute Regional Campaigns: Support the planning execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (including digital, email, social media, and events), ensuring activities are executed smoothly and in line with local market needs and campaign objectives.
- Event and Administrative Support: Assist in the planning and execution of localised events and activations, manage logistics, and provide general administrative support to ensure that all marketing projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Support Execution of Regional Marketing Strategy: Assist the Regional Marketing Manager in implementing tailored demand generation and field marketing initiatives that align with overall company and regional objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, channel, and customer success teams to support marketing activities, contribute to campaign development, and ensure consistent messaging and lead generation efforts.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics for regional marketing initiatives, compiling insights and data to support optimization of future campaigns and effective resource allocation.
What we look for
- One year internship for a recent postgraduate or student on placement year.
- Prior experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
- An enthusiasm for AI, digital trends, and new platforms will be a plus.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven.
- Ability to adapt to change and take on new projects.
- Along with side English, any Dutch or Swedish language would be a huge bonus (but not necessary).
- Able to come to our London office regularly.
